以下的当地规则,包括由R&A出版新增或修订的当地规则,适用于由观澜湖高尔夫球会举办的观澜湖青少年系列赛(不包括赛季决赛以及总决赛)。 1. 界外(规则27-1) 球场所设之用于标定球场界线的墙壁、栅栏或白桩以外的区域。 2. 水障碍区和侧面水障碍区(规则26-1) 水障碍区用黄色立桩标示,侧面水障碍区用红色立桩标示;当立桩和线同时标示水障碍区时,立桩作为障碍区的识别标识,而线标定障碍区的界线。 注:水障碍的抛球区 如果水障碍区设有抛球区,当球手的球打入水障碍时,作为附加的处置程序,在接受加罚一杆的处罚后,球手可以在抛球区抛球。 3. 可移动妨碍物(规则24-1) 1) 球场上的码数桩与水障碍桩均为可移动妨碍物。 2) 沙坑中的石块是可移动妨碍物 (规则24-1适用)。 4. 不可移动妨碍物(规则24-2) 1)支撑树木的支架为不可移动妨碍物,补救仅限于受立桩直接影响的情况。 2)铺在草上用于行走的绿色塑料垫是不可以移动妨碍物。当垫子与球车道或其他不可移动妨碍物相连时,它们将被视为一个整体。 3) 球场上的广告板、背景板等属于不可移动妨碍物 4)球场内所有灯柱均属于不可移动妨碍物,当球员的球击中灯柱,不得取消该次击球,规则19-1适用。 5. 整修地(规则 25-1) 1)所有用“GUR”标示牌标识的区域及所有用白线标示的区域。 2)修补草皮造成的接缝---(附属规则Ⅰ4e) 果岭通道上修补草皮的接缝(并非修补草皮本身)和果岭环与长草之间的切割缝都被视为整修地。但是,接缝对球员站位构成的妨碍本身不属于规则25-1中的妨碍。如果球位于接缝内或触及到接缝,或者该接缝妨碍了预期挥杆区域,可以按照规则25-1进行补救。该修补草皮区域内的所有接缝被视为同一接缝。 3)经裁判员认可的受损区域均为整修地。 6. 球场不可分割部分 1) 分隔球道和长草区的沟槽为球场不可分割部分,不可接受免罚杆补救。 2) 水障碍区内的桥梁,用于挡水的人工墙壁或木板属于球场不可分割部分,不可接受免罚杆补救。 7. 陷入地面的球的补救 可以接受补救的地点范围延伸至“球洞区通道”。– 第 131-132页。 违反当地规则的处罚- 罚两杆 观澜湖高尔夫球会赛事组委会 2013年1月 LOCAL RULES The following Local Rules, together with any additions or amendments as published by The R&A, will apply to Mission Hills Golf Series Junior Tour (excluding Season Final & Grand Final) run by Mission Hills Golf Club. 1. Out of Bounds (Rule 27-1) Beyond any wall, fence or white stakes defining the boundary of the course. 2. Water Hazards and Lateral Water Hazards (Rule 26-1) Yellow stakes define water hazards and red stakes define lateral water hazard, When both stakes and lines are used to indicate a water hazard, the stakes identify the hazard and the lines define the hazard margin. Note: Dropping Zone for Water Hazards: Where there are dropping zones for water hazards, a ball may be played under Rule 26or a ball may be drop in the Dropping Zone under penalty of one stroke. For provisions relating to dropping or re-dropping a ball in a dropping zone, see the Note on page 139-140 in the Rules of Golf. 3. Movable Obstructions (Rule 24-1) 1) Distance markers and hazard stakes are moveable obstructions. 2) Stones in bunker are movable obstructions and can be removed (Rule 24-1) 4. Immovable Obstructions (Rule 24-2) 1) Stakes supporting trees are immoveable obstructions and player may obtain relief only because of the interference by stakes. 2) Plastic Mats placed on top of grass areas as walking pathways are declared to be Immovable Obstructions. When plastic mat is adjoining any cart path or other immovable obstructions, it is deemed to be part of the same Immovable Obstruction. 3) All backdrops and Ad-boards on course are immovable obstructions. 4) All the lamp poles on the course are deemed to be Immovable Obstruction. If a ball hit the lamp pole after a stroke, the stroke cannot be cancelled. (Rule 19-1) 5. Ground Under Repair (Rule 25-1) 1) All areas bounded by white lines and areas indicated by GUR notice. 2) Seams of Cut Turf – Page 134 Though the green, seams of cut turf (not the turf itself) and seams between fringe and rough are deemed to be ground under repair. However, interference by a seam with the player’s stance is deemed not to be, of itself, interference under Rule 25-1. If the ball lies in, or touches the seam or the seam interferes with the area of intended swing, relief if available under Rule 25-1. All seams within the cut turf area are considered the same seam. 3) Any area of damaged ground that is considered by a Rules Official to be abnormal. 6. Integral Part of Course 1) The grooves separating the fairways & thick rough are declared to be Integral Part of the Course, no free relief is available. 2) Bridge in water hazard, and artificial walls or wooden blocks for blocking water, are integral part of course, no free relief is available. 7. Stones in Bunkers 8. Embedded Ball- Relief extended to “through the green” – Pages 131-132. Penalty for Breach of Local Rules - Two Strokes.
