会籍价目表 Tariff 　　会籍种类 Membership Type　入会费 Membership Fee 　　个人会籍 Individual Membership　RMB 600,000 　　公司会籍（一名记名）Corporate Membership (one nominee)　RMB 700,000 　　公司会籍（二名记名）Corporate Membership (two nominees)　RMB 1,320,000 会籍种类及加入条件 Application Requirements 　　个人会籍：申请人必须为年满18周岁之成年人。 　　Individual Membership: applicants must reach the age of 18 when applying for a membership. 　　公司会籍：申请人必须是一个合法设立并正式注册的商业实体。 　　Corporate Membership: applicants must be a legal registered business entity. 申请手续 Application Procedure 　　1、欲申请成为北湖国际高尔夫俱乐部会员之申请人应在递交申请表时，缴付不退还之入会费。 　　The applicants shall pay the membership fee which is non refundable upon submitting the application. 　　2、所有入会费之付款可以现金、支票或银行汇票等形式发出。 　　All payment may be made in cash, cheque or bank transfer. 　　3、个人卡申请人需交使用人之身份证或护照复印件一份、证件照片二寸三张（以护照尺寸为准）及名片一张。 　　Individual membership applicant shall submit 1 (one) duplicated documentation of Citizen ID Card or Passport of each nominated person, 3 ID photos (2 inches) and 1 business card. 　　4、申请公司会籍之申请人另需同时附上公司之营业执照副本1份。 　　Corporate membership applicant shall also submit 1 (one) duplicated documentation of Business License besides the above-mentioned documents. 　　5、会员将受俱乐部之章程及规章约束，并需遵守之。 　　The member has obligation to abide by all regulations rules and systems set by the Club 公司会籍更改提名人 Corporate Membership Nominee Change 　　1、公司会籍之记名人可以随时进行更换。 　　For a corporate membership, the times of altering the nominated person are not limited 　　2、公司会籍有变更记名者的权利，更名费按现时俱乐部会籍销售门市价的2％征收。 　　Alteration fee is according to 2% of the prices of the same membership, which the Club publicly sells on the current date of alteration registration. 年费 Annual Fee 　　个人会籍Individual Membership　RMB 9600/年 　　公司会籍（一名记名） Corporate Membership (one nominee)　RMB 9600/年 　　公司会籍（二名记名）Corporate Membership (two nominees)　RMB 19200/年 说明 Notes 　　本俱乐部保留调整以上价格之权利。以上价格如有变动，恕不另行通知。 　　The Club reserves the right to adjust the above rates without advanced notice.
