为了更好地规范球场的预约订场管理,确保球场最大限度地满足日益增长地会员订场的需要，特作规定如下： 　　In order to regulate the management of the booking service better and insure we will satisfy the increasing members' 　　　booking demands fully,now we carry out the rules as follows: 　　1. 预约时间严格按照现有排组，不得擅自更改。 　　The predetermined time should be according to the fixed groups order strictly ,and don't change without permission. 　　2. 预约遵循先订先得原则，严禁擅自调动已订组。 　　Making an appointment conforms the rule that early book early play,and strictly forbid transferring the fixed group. 　　3. 预约实行实名制。 　　Booking should use true name. 　　4. 一人最多订一组，订一组以上需讲明原由。 　　One can only book one group .If you need more, explanation must be offered in detail to us. 　　5. 周末及节假日拒绝一人或两人组预约，除同意接受并组等候外。 　　On holidays and weekends we refuse the booking of the group that have only one or two persons except accepting waiting 　　till four persons group prepared. 　　6. 不接受同一人同一时间段三天以上的预约。 　　Don't accept the same one books the same time for more than three days at one time. 　　7. 应比预约时间提前15分钟到达球会以作好下场准备。 　　You should get earlier than the time you have booked in order to prepare for entering the links. 　　8. 预约未到又不提前24小时取消者，达到两次，按俱乐部规定将处以150元/人的罚款，连续四次预约未到又不提前取消将列入黑名单，　　球场不在对其提供预约服务。 　　Those who can't get and don't cancel the appointment 24 hours in advance will be fined RMB150yuan.If you can't present 　　for three consecutive times,we will stop your order service for six months. 球会地址：北京东燕郊经济开发区 预约打球电话：010-61591234、0316-7062068、15284362068 会员服务热线：010-61592017
