本球会当地规则根据英国圣安德鲁斯皇家古典高尔夫球俱乐部和美国高尔夫球协会的高尔夫球规则而定： 1. 界外球（规则27-1）：若球位于以下情况被判为界外球：白色界桩之外和超越球场护网。 2. 水障碍（规则26-1）A：正面水障碍以黄色界桩或标线予以界定； B:侧面水障碍区以红色界桩或标线予以界定。 3. 障碍物：任何建筑物为球场不可分割的部分而不是障碍物，但下列物体除外可以做为障碍物，按照规则2-4-6接受补球：A、喷罐头及喷灌控制阀； B、球场养护机械； C、道路和通道的人工表面及侧面； D、垃圾箱、长凳、花丛及标志牌。 4.OB、入水，有指定的黄色标志的在指定位置发球，OB罚两杆，入水罚一杆。没有标志的，OB在出界点打加罚两杆，入水在入水处打罚一杆。 所有距离测定以果岭中心为准，成绩卡和球道标志牌单位为米，球道标志码桩单位为码。 B.C.C Local Rules Local rules bases on the Royal and Ancient Golf Club of St Andrews and the United States Golf Assisiation rules. 1. Out of Bounds. Water Hazard A. At the yellow marker course if you hit the ball in the water, drop at the yellow marker with one stroke penalty .if you hit the ball out of bounds drop at the yellow marker with two stroke penalty. B. At no yellow marker course if you hit the ball in water, drop at the spot of entry with one stroke penalty, if you hit ball out of bounds, drop within two dud lengths with two stroke penalty.
