　　在抛球区移除沙子或散置泥土

　　球洞区通道上球员可以在准备抛球的地方移除或拭开沙子或散置泥土吗？

　　不可以。规则13-2禁止通过移除沙子或散置泥土来改善将要进行抛球的区域。

Removing S or Loose Soil from Dropping Area

Through the green, may a player remove or brush away s or loose soil from the area in which he is preparing to drop a ball?

No. Rule 13-2 prohibits improving the area in which a ball is to be dropped by removing s or loose soil. S loose soil are loose impediments only on the putting green.
