　　重新放置或移除未完全脱离地面的草皮

　　球员的球停在一块草皮的前面，该草皮已经皱成一团但并未完全脱离地面。它妨碍到了球员的向后挥杆。球员可以在打球前重新放置或移除该草皮吗？

　　不可以。未完全脱落地面的草皮不是散置障碍物。它是固定的物体，所以移动或除取它会改善打球状态或试图改善挥杆区域，违反规则13-2。

Replacing or Removing Undetached Divot

A player’s ball comes to rest in front of a divot which is folded over but not completely detached. The divot interferes with his backswing. May the player replace or remove the divot before playing?

No. A divot which is not completely detached is not a loose impediment. It is something fixed therefore its removal or replacement would be a breach of Rule 13-2 as the lie area of intended swing would be improved.
