　　使用电子装置

　　球员们应该确保在球场上采用的任何电子装置不会影响任何球员。电子装置的使用，例如移动电话，手提电脑，计算器，电视机或收音机，他们没有违反规则14-3。例如，电子装置用来获得跟无关比赛，规则，球场（参看裁定14-3/5.5）或其他比赛前公布的信息。但是，如果球员使用该装置违反规则8-1提供或给予助言，则被认为是违反14-3，施于的处罚是取消资格。

Use of Electronic Devices

Players should ensure that any electronic device taken onto the course does not distract other players. The use of an electronic device such as a mobile phone, hand-held computer, calculator, television or radio is not of itself a breach of Rule 14-3. For example, such a device may be used to obtain information unrelated to the competition, information about the Rules, information about the course (see Decision 14-3/5.5) or information on any other matter published prior to the stipulated round. However, if the player uses such a device to give or ask for advice in breach of Rule 8-1, then he is considered to be in breach of Rule 14-3, for which the penalty is disqualification.
