1、入会费的全额付款（现金/支票/银行汇票）；

1.Full payment (cash , personal check or banker’s order are acceptable).

　　2、申请人的护照或身份证复印件及3张护照规格的照片；

2.Applicant’s ID card/passport copy and 3 passport size photographs .

　　3、申请公司会籍需提供公司注册登记副本；

3.For corporate membership,a copy of company registration certificate must accompany the application.

　　4、申请人的名片；

4.Name card of the applicant.

　　5、详细填写的会籍申请表格；

5.The completed application form needs to be presented.

　　申请者在递交申请时一并附上以上所有信息资料。
